Rates and Services

Initial Assessment/Intake - $250

Follow-up 45-60 min Individual Sessions - $165 - $210

90 minute extended EMDR Session - $330

I am a private pay practice, and as such I do not accept or directly bill insurance. I will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate of services, which you can learn more about here No Surprises Act. I have a limited number of reduced fee slots and will update this section with information about those slots as they become available. You are also welcome to email me with questions about short-term reduced fee options.

Availability

I accept new clients as current clients complete therapy. I am unlikely to answer a phone call as I keep my phone silenced in order to not interrupt a client’s session.

My office is located in Provo, Utah. I am currently providing care solely via telemedicine using secure, HIPAA video conferencing software. I am able to meet with people who are located in Utah and in the 30+ states that have enacted and put into effect the licensing agreement called PSYPACT®️.
