I graduated from with a PhD in Counseling Psychology in 2011. I have worked in university settings in Tennessee and Utah, integrated health clinics, and private practice. I have been seeing clients for over a decade, and as a generalist I have experience working with individuals from various backgrounds who are seeking for support to address a broad range of mental health, systemic, and interpersonal concerns, including anxiety, depression, childhood abuse, traumatic experiences (including sexual assault), relationship issues, minority stress, women’s issues, faith deconstruction and exploration, LGBTQ+ concerns and identity exploration.

I am a licensed psychologist and a certified group psychotherapist. I began working in the mental health field over 15 years ago and have experience in university, community mental health, and medical mental health integration settings. My practice is open to adults over the age of 18 who are experiencing a wide variety of mental health and relationship concerns. While I am a generalist, most of my clients have experienced abuse, assault, and other traumatic experiences. Healing can be hard, soul-stretching work; you may not be sure where to start. I strive to provide clients with a welcoming, non-judgmental space while being mindful of the cultural and systemic influences that impact their lives. I approach therapy from a collaborative, interpersonally-focused lens, and I offer support, expertise, and challenge in order to help you heal, identify your values and goals, and feel more empowered to meaningfully and authentically engage with all aspects of yourself and your life.
